中南大學:“進腦 入心 上手” 打造安全教育體驗館助力平安社區建設
中南大(da)學(xue)在推進“一站式”學(xue)生社區(qu)建設(she)過(guo)程中,著(zhu)力(li)加強平安(an)(an)社區(qu)建設(she),建成安(an)(an)全(quan)教育體(ti)(ti)驗館,打造(zao)富有(you)科技(ji)感(gan)、參(can)與感(gan)、趣味(wei)感(gan)的“大(da)學(xue)生安(an)(an)全(quan)教育沉(chen)浸式體(ti)(ti)驗課(ke)堂(tang)”,讓同學(xue)們在游(you)戲(xi)和(he)互動體(ti)(ti)驗中掌握安(an)(an)全(quan)知(zhi)識與技(ji)能,提升安(an)(an)全(quan)綜合素養。
一、VR加互動,讓安全教育有滋有味
安全(quan)教育體驗(yan)館(guan)共設計了(le)電(dian)信(xin)詐(zha)騙(pian)防范(fan)、模(mo)擬(ni)駕駛體驗(yan)、VR自(zi)(zi)(zi)然(ran)災害體驗(yan)、煙(yan)霧逃(tao)生(sheng)通(tong)道體驗(yan)等(deng)14個(ge)體驗(yan)內(nei)容,通(tong)過(guo)(guo)“培訓+體驗(yan)+演練(lian)”的(de)形式,開展安全(quan)教育全(quan)場景(jing)模(mo)擬(ni),將直觀體驗(yan)和(he)安全(quan)知識具象化結合。在(zai)這里,學(xue)生(sheng)不僅(jin)可以通(tong)過(guo)(guo)人機互動的(de)闖(chuang)關游(you)戲方(fang)式,認識和(he)了(le)解到常(chang)見的(de)一些電(dian)信(xin)詐(zha)騙(pian)及防范(fan)的(de)方(fang)法,還能(neng)夠借(jie)助VR技術,身臨(lin)其境(jing)地感(gan)受(shou)暴風雨、泥石流、地震等(deng)自(zi)(zi)(zi)然(ran)災害帶(dai)來(lai)的(de)破(po)壞和(he)校(xiao)園踩(cai)踏、溺(ni)水、高(gao)空拋物等(deng)常(chang)見校(xiao)園安全(quan)隱患;也可以通(tong)過(guo)(guo)點(dian)擊透(tou)明(ming)電(dian)子屏(ping)幕內(nei)的(de)毒品模(mo)型,學(xue)習對應(ying)(ying)的(de)毒品知識及其帶(dai)來(lai)的(de)嚴重(zhong)危害,從而(er)提高(gao)安全(quan)意識;還可以模(mo)擬(ni)毒駕酒駕、超員超載、闖(chuang)紅燈(deng)、超速等(deng)一些危害駕駛行為,深刻了(le)解危害駕駛所帶(dai)來(lai)的(de)嚴重(zhong)后果。同時(shi),體驗(yan)館(guan)內(nei)還設置了(le)煙(yan)霧逃(tao)生(sheng)通(tong)道實景(jing)模(mo)擬(ni),通(tong)過(guo)(guo)限高(gao)傳感(gan)器、燈(deng)光照明(ming)、應(ying)(ying)急燈(deng)、火(huo)(huo)焰燈(deng),音效模(mo)擬(ni)警(jing)報(bao)聲和(he)煙(yan)霧模(mo)擬(ni)火(huo)(huo)災發生(sheng)時(shi)的(de)現(xian)場狀況,讓同學(xue)們更為熟(shu)練(lian)地掌握發生(sheng)火(huo)(huo)災時(shi)正確的(de)處(chu)置和(he)自(zi)(zi)(zi)救方(fang)法。

二、全覆蓋培訓,讓安全教育有質有量
學(xue)(xue)校在各(ge)班(ban)(ban)級設置消防、急救(jiu)(jiu)安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)員(yuan),依托安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)教(jiao)育體(ti)驗(yan)館,開展班(ban)(ban)級安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)員(yuan)骨干(gan)培(pei)(pei)訓(xun),并對(dui)所有學(xue)(xue)生班(ban)(ban)級進行滾動式(shi)輪(lun)班(ban)(ban)培(pei)(pei)訓(xun),也面向全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)校學(xue)(xue)生開放接受預約參觀體(ti)驗(yan),真正實現安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)教(jiao)育全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)覆蓋、常態(tai)化、有成(cheng)效。安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)教(jiao)育體(ti)驗(yan)館設置了多個安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)知(zhi)識(shi)(shi)技能培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)環節,內(nei)(nei)容(rong)(rong)涵蓋國家安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)、消防安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)、交(jiao)通(tong)安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)、校園安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)、信息網絡(luo)安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)、生命健康(kang)安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)、緊急救(jiu)(jiu)助(zhu)、緊急避險(xian)等八大板(ban)塊內(nei)(nei)容(rong)(rong)。在這(zhe)里,同學(xue)(xue)們可以通(tong)過(guo)(guo)觀看安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)警示教(jiao)育視頻(pin),了解常見安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)事故原因;也會接受各(ge)類模(mo)擬練(lian)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)項目培(pei)(pei)訓(xun),如利用觸摸一體(ti)機和(he)急救(jiu)(jiu)交(jiao)互體(ti)驗(yan)設備,進行CPR心肺復蘇操作能力培(pei)(pei)訓(xun);再(zai)如學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)掌(zhang)握常用的(de)(de)九(jiu)種逃(tao)生繩(sheng)打結和(he)滅火(huo)器的(de)(de)正確使(shi)用方(fang)法(fa),學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)各(ge)類火(huo)災(zai)逃(tao)生的(de)(de)基(ji)本技能,模(mo)擬體(ti)驗(yan)不同場景下(xia)正確逃(tao)生操作。生動有趣的(de)(de)課(ke)(ke)堂體(ti)驗(yan)和(he)安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)結束后,同學(xue)(xue)們還(huan)需通(tong)過(guo)(guo)理(li)論(lun)考核,再(zai)次(ci)鞏固課(ke)(ke)堂學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)成(cheng)果(guo)。考核內(nei)(nei)容(rong)(rong)包(bao)含體(ti)驗(yan)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)各(ge)項安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)知(zhi)識(shi)(shi),每(mei)次(ci)考核隨(sui)機抽取若干(gan)題,成(cheng)績(ji)達標即可獲得課(ke)(ke)堂學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)結業證書。

三、強化體系建設,讓安全教育有聲有色
依托安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)體(ti)(ti)驗(yan)(yan)館,形成了(le)(le)日常管(guan)理(li)有(you)(you)(you)機(ji)制(zhi)、知(zhi)(zhi)識普及有(you)(you)(you)讀(du)本、活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)開展有(you)(you)(you)體(ti)(ti)系(xi)(xi)、宣(xuan)傳(chuan)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)有(you)(you)(you)平(ping)臺(tai)、培(pei)訓體(ti)(ti)驗(yan)(yan)有(you)(you)(you)課(ke)堂(tang)、應急響應有(you)(you)(you)預案的“六位一體(ti)(ti)”安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)體(ti)(ti)系(xi)(xi),讓(rang)整體(ti)(ti)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)體(ti)(ti)系(xi)(xi)更加豐富(fu)、立體(ti)(ti)、深入。在(zai)管(guan)理(li)機(ji)制(zhi)上,突(tu)出學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)日常管(guan)理(li)保障(zhang)機(ji)制(zhi),嚴格臺(tai)賬(zhang)管(guan)理(li)過程機(ji)制(zhi),做(zuo)好重點對象關注機(ji)制(zhi),推行(xing)信息定期通報機(ji)制(zhi),讓(rang)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)與管(guan)理(li)有(you)(you)(you)章(zhang)可尋;在(zai)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)開展上,組織“平(ping)安(an)(an)(an)(an)校(xiao)園·和(he)諧中南”消防演習、“消防安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)在(zai)我心”、大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)主(zhu)題展、大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)知(zhi)(zhi)識競賽(sai)以及校(xiao)園安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)文(wen)化周等(deng)系(xi)(xi)列活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong),發揮學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)的教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)內涵和(he)意義;在(zai)宣(xuan)傳(chuan)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)上,對每名新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)發放學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)編(bian)印的《大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)(huo)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)手冊》,打(da)造大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)微信公眾號(hao)“中南小黃帽”,進行(xing)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)知(zhi)(zhi)識圖(tu)文(wen)推送,線上線下同頻共(gong)振提升學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)知(zhi)(zhi)識水平(ping)。建(jian)館以來,共(gong)有(you)(you)(you)超300個學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)班級參加了(le)(le)“體(ti)(ti)驗(yan)(yan)課(ke)堂(tang)”,涵蓋全(quan)(quan)部二級學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院,累(lei)計參觀學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)超1萬(wan)人次。
